Burgamy Park is a half section of land was previously owned by the Estes and Nona Burgamy family for over 100 years. This master planned residential development is located in the booming region of northwest Lubbock at 19th and Rochester Avenue. Burgamy Park wraps around Frenship’s Terra Vista Middle School and provides quick access to Texas Tech, LCU and the medical district. Burgamy Park was also featured in the 2022 Parade of Homes.

In 2017, Chad Tarver and Jordan Wheatley partnered to form 806 Land Group.
