In 2017, Chad Tarver and Jordan Wheatley partnered to form 806 Land Group. Chad and Jordan have worked in all aspects of construction – Material sales, as subcontractors, builders, and now land developers. Having worked in the Lubbock area for 20+ years, Chad and Jordan are grateful to be involved in the city’s growth.
