About
The Overlook is joint venture with Trey Strong and Robert Wood of The West Texas Land Guys. The Overlook will be a fresh new housing subdivision in the 2023 Parade of Homes. With over 650 acres, this new development sits just South of Evie Mae’s BBQ. 806 Land Group is looking forward to expanding development into Wolfforth and assisting the city with it’s water needs.

In 2017, Chad Tarver and Jordan Wheatley partnered to form 806 Land Group. Chad and Jordan have worked in all aspects of construction – Material sales, as subcontractors, builders, and now land developers. Having worked in the Lubbock area for 20+ years, Chad and Jordan are grateful to be involved in the city’s growth.
