About Us
In 2017, Chad Tarver and Jordan Wheatley partnered to form 806 Land Group. Chad and Jordan have worked in all aspects of construction – material sales, as subcontractors, builders, and now land developers. Having worked in the Lubbock area for 20+ years, Chad and Jordan are grateful to be involved in the city’s growth. Chad and Jordan have been past participants in the Parade of Homes as builders, and both currently serve on the WTHBA board of directors.
